Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy
  • Once your order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible.

    • Small Items: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days

    • Large Orders: Processed and shipped within 3–5 business days

  • Shipping times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and carrier delays.

Return Policy
  • You may return an item or request a replacement within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the faulty item, we will ship a replacement.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all return items on total purchase.

  • Items must be returned in original condition.

Restocking Fee
  • A 20% fee will be applied to the original product value once the item has been shipped.

Return & Replacement Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs, even if the item is under warranty, except when the item arrives damaged.

  • For items received damaged during transit, you must contact us within 2 business days. After this period, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be canceled before shipping only.

  • A 7% cancellation fee applies to the total purchase amount.

  • Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Warranty
  • All items come with a standard 30-day warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications.

  • After the 30-day warranty period has expired, we are not responsible for any defects, damages, or issues with the item.
